How Do I Shh Sounds Into Phone.......transformer

I found some cool transformer sounds and was wonder how to shh them into my phone. unlock/shut power off etc..

- Get a FTP Client or WinSCP
- Username: root
- Password : alpine
- Port : 22
- Go to Library > SummerBoard > Theme
- Paste the theme you wanted there
- Turn off your phone and On again for effect to take place.
- Go to SMBPrefs and select your theme

sorry but thats not what i was talking about. I know how to shh. i have winSCP. What i wanted to know is where do i put sounds in phone doing shh. I have some cool transformer sounds but i dont know what folder to shh them into...
