Dialer Image Problem...need help!

Hi guys, I got a problem that I don't know how to fix. When making a phone call that requires me to dial an extension the keypad is way out of alignment and doesn't respond to my touch. I restored my mobile phone app from this website and same thing. The initial dial pad is fine, but when i have to dial an extension # the keypad is moved way up to the left corner. I can only see the 8-9-0# keys and they dont respond to touch. thanks for any help...
