How to add custom icons?

Connect to your phone using WinSCP, and drag and drop them to the Applications folder, for example /Applications/Calculator.app, make sure they're named icon.png

I am using a imac, and i dont see the iphone folders. how can i add custom icons and 3rd party apps. i tryed to use pwnage but can seem to get that to work either. I need help asap. I am in iraq and can go online with my iphone. i know it has has been unlocked, not sure with which method. but i can use many different sim cards. please help me.

Hi Everyone I just got done with jailbreak and unlock on mine 1st Gen Iphone my 2nd ofcourse, have no idea what went wrong with the first one "won't power on and not even charging even though phone is hot". What i'm trying to do is that have custom Icon and custon slide but where do I DL a copy of Winscp , I went to Downloads but nothing, what esle do I need to get the job done, by the way I'm running on 2.0.2 firmware. Thanks all !

dude just watching youtube vids i can easily customize my icons

what i can't do is, for example, find the camera folder so i can't just drag'n drop
