    Default iphone browser help

I'm trying to install themes to my iPhone and I'm going off of the "Uploading SummerBoard Themes Tutorial" sticky topic

It says to click "Goto Location" and then click "Summerboard Themes" but I get an error saying "Error: The program couldn ot find the path '/var/root/Library/Summerboard/Themes'on your iPhone. Have you successfully used jailbreak?

I also have CuteFTP and can't get passed the first step of connecting to my iPhone. I went off of this -
SFTP settings: Server will be your IP address of your iphone, User = root, password = dottie or
(get your iphones IP address from Settings->Wifi->click the arrow next to the wifi network you are connected to. you'll then see your IP address)

What all am I doing wrong?

Edit - I actually tried alpine for the password for CuteFTP and now it connected me to my Computer, it shows my desktop and everything. What do I do now?

You must be on 1.1.3 or above - current version of iPhoneBrowser doesn't handle new file locations.

Replace /root/ with /mobile/ for proper path:
    /var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Theme

Browse to this location to copy new SummerBoard Theme folders.

Thanks, I finally figured it out. Do you know how I can change my battery though? I've read the tutorial and it keeps on talking about using Customize, but when I try to install customize it says I need 1.1(123) when I have 1.1.14. Does that mean I have to downgrade, or is there any other way I can get that new battery theme to work?

You can manually replace the battery png files in the SpringBoard folder with new ones.

If you are trying to install a Customize one, you will have to rename them or use the iPhoneBrowser replace file option.

By any chance do you know where I can find the SpringBoard folder in CuteFTP? Thanks, I really appreciate your help!

    Edit - Found it! /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/
Uhh so I kn ow I move BatteryBG_1 thru BatteryBG_17, but do I also take out BatteryFill, BatteryReflectionMask, and BatteryBackground or do I keep those? I want to use the vodka battery from the downloads section and the folder only has BatteryBG_1 thru BatteryBG_17

Edit Again - Ok so I took out the original BatteryBG_1 thru BatteryBG_17 pictures, BatteryFill, BatteryReflectionMask, and BatteryBackground, and then put in the Files from the Vodka folder. But it's not centered, when it's like to the bottom left. How can I fix that?

What firmware version? I never remove the other files - just replace the BatteryBG_*.png files.
