Slider/Carrier/Icon Requests - POST THEM HERE!

Where can I get this slider icon?

I've searched everywhere and emailed the original poster with no result.

If you can find the picture of the finger pointing I can make the slider. Or if you find another pic you want to use for a slider post it or a link to it.

If you want to add the image to customize you have to use something like iPhonebrowser to add it.

With iPhonebrowser go to private/var/root/Library/Customize

You'll see all the folders for the various types of images. You'll see a folder for batteries, badges,carriers...etc. Drag and drop your slider into one of the subfolders.

So for you slider you want to go to private/var/root/Library/Customize/MainSliderImages
and drag and drop your file in to one of the subfolders there. If there isn't a subfolder and only a back up folder, create a folder.

OK..... so i downloaded iphonebrowser and i managet to get some sliders working great...

but now im having another problem, i cant seem to get the batteries working properly, i followed the tutorial and i was able to add the two different fire batteries(red and blue) but for other batteries like the duracell ultra, i cant make them work.
the first problem i had was that all 17 batteries appeared on customize, so i fixed the name(it was undersocred so i changed it for the - ), . i created a new carpet called Duracell for that batterie, so after i fixed the name, i can see the division called "duracell" in customize but there is nothing in it, no batterie, nothing, but it does show up in iphonebrowser.

i also havent been able to change the carrier logo because my compnay is called ORANGE, and in iphonebrwser there is no Default_carrier_ORANGE....what can i do?

I'm not sure what to do about this one. Try PMing jayc (the guy that wrote the tutorial in my sig). There's a sticky in the new skins forum that might cover this. If not, try posting this particular issue there.

Look in this forum for a thread called 'How to change any carrier logo,' or something like that. I think the answer is there.

I did the reverse. The circle is the slider and the text is the carrier logo. When I tried to make the circle a carrier logo it looked like crap. Just in case you don't like the circle slider I made a slider out of the text too. I also made a dark and a light carrier logo.

If the files paths are the same for 1.1.3 then you would place the slider in:

System/Library/Frameworks/TelephonyUI.framework

The file is called 'bottombarknobgray.'
