can sum1 make me a slider with the jigsaw puppet in the tv (i want that to be the icon)

this is what i sorta mean by the puppet in the tv:

well in other words can the slider icon be the jigsaw puppet in the tv? i would really appreciate if sum1 could do that for me.

I did two of them..

The other two were kinda LQ so..

attached below..

and for the jordan request..

it will be REALLY SMALL.
