Removing Summerboard Theme

Hi:
Since my last post that nobody replied to, I have pawned my iphone, and stupid me, I again installed a theme by the name of
Renaissance by Louie Mantia located in the Themes (Summerboard) of the installer. This theme creates an entry named Skull in the Summerboard theme list. When I remove the theme via the unisaller, the name remains there.

I dont know if the author is aware of this issue, but I would like to remove the entry, but I am not sure how to accomplish this task.
I could remove all the files under the name skull in summerboard
Is this the way to remove the theme?

What would be the easiest way to remove the whole skin from my iPhone.

SSH your phone, it happens to me sometimes. SSH will fix it.
