How can i get my icons back?

ok, i think i blew it.
i was playing around with the customize app, and made the mistake of hiding most of my springboard icons from myself... including the settings, installer, and customize icons. can i get them back? or at least access customize so i can revert to the old settings?

Download Dock 2.06 from here and install the pxl using iBrickr or Breezy.
You can then open any app by bring out the starburst =D
