How do you convert an icon downloaded from icon factory into a png?

Copy the icon in "get info"

Open preview

apple+n

Shift+apple+s

Save as png

Open in PS

Resize to 60x60

and you have an icon suitable for an iphone!

how do i do it for a pc

if you use photoshop you save for web and select png and adjust the size
