I was able to find the "resident" option, but I can't seem to figure out what you mean by background, unless it is a seperate app. I saw your implementation of this and I /really/ liked it and would like to do the same for my theme that I'm working on. I tried and tried to find a way to do it, was even trying to dig throug the various plist files and source code for Categories, what bits and pieces I was able to get into anyway, no dice. Hope you can help.

I was using a modded version of iNav, but i found it slowed my phone down a bit, i decided to go back to a simple yet alright looking theme

. its my modded version of AMANA08, made some icons for it

Nothing spectacular. I tried those inav themes and they are great but I need my icons right there on my screen.

here is my newest mod ...
i'm using springjump so the labels on the bottom correspond to their respective pages

used the 6th page for my 'essentials'

here are pages 2 to 5 ...

Its a combined Delnoch theme (from ToddTaylorr) and ironman theme(found on cydia). All I did was put them together and add a couple of typed icons.
If you're interested on my exact setup, I'll upload the files.

Arrange blank icons so the icons look right on the page.
Use 5 icon dock and 5 column springboard.
On Winterboard, place themes in this order:
2TopBar
IronMan
Del_Simple2

Send big files the easy way. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!
