I got it from this widget: MacThemes Forum / (Widget) WAD v2.4 Updated: Dec 16th Major Update. And I set the widget to the specific clock background and position on the screen. Good luck!

i downloaded that installed it but its on the bottom of the screen how can i make it go to the top

You have to open up the JS files and change the positioning. Read the thread to get a better understanding about what to do.
