Here's mine, nothing special. Just changed the wallpaper in the Glass orb theme and made a couple of my own icons for it. I'm not a fan of loud and flashy so it pretty much fits perfect for my needs.

This is Katras HD weather I modded for my homescreen (just changed the lockscreen.html and lockscreen.png to Wallpaper) and moved things around a bit. For the icons all i did was made blanks for the ones shown and screenshotted them with icon labels on with a black wallpaper, then i rotated images for the right and left sides, then turned undocked icons off.. It was actually quite simple but i love it, I change the background image now and have minimized the weather icon to see the background.

Mind zipping up the icons and sharing?

I can't post the theme for download, it's not completely my work, and I don't have permission from the OP. Secondly, the LockScreen takes a little modification to make work properly, PM me if you want some help.
