ok,
The main apps used are Categories, Customize, & Summerboard

The wallpaper & badge i had from macthemes - kindly shared by 8lias

The calendar & clock icons are from the VistaPerfection theme by Bob Vansteel(also used the spacer apps from this theme to position the folders & icons)

The dock icons are from the Facet theme, also at macthemes by Deddy(you can find it here at MMi also by KelisJunky)

The folder icons are from Leather Folder icons by LeMarquis at deviantART
to which i added the personal photos in photoshop.

(i apologise if i've missed anyone out in the credits)

.RAR or .ZIP ur files, then upload to a hosting. RapidShare, MegaUpload, Netload, etc.

That theme is called Damino. Only difference is the wallpaper has been changed.
