Here is my selfmade LockScreen at the moment. I am quite saisfied with it. It's even included matching Power and Answer sliders
It is available in Cydia, called On/Off Button Sliders in the Themes (LockScreen) section.

Its not much of my own theme, but its a couple stuff put together and customized to form a new entity on its own base on my own tastes.
Heres my boot up screen when I turn it on! This took me the longest to figure out what was best imo
