I like them both but if you're able to mix n match icons...
Airplane mode: 1st screen
WiFi: 1st screen
Fetch new Data: 2nd screen
Sounds: 2nd screen
Brightness: 2nd screen
Wallpaper: 2nd screen
General: 2nd screen
Mail, Contacts, Calendars: 2nd screen
Phone: 2nd screen

Added Categories haven't got the Icons right yet, haven't found a way to use the Landscape mod to work with winterboard, but here's an update anyway

Kind of a mash up of a couple themes and some custom background work. I really like how it turned out.

Still messing with the drop shadow on the icons. Makes them much more readable, but makes them look a little... dirty, for lack of a better word.

I have a question for you...how old are you? That theme makes me believe you are 12 years old. I still for the life of me can't understand why anyone would use the picnic theme...it is quite possibly the ugliest, least classy and adult-like theme I have seen. It reminds me of Teletubbies. No offense, but that dock doesn't really go with your setup. That's a Leopard dock that's made for use with Five Icons in the dock...you might want to try that. It would look much better!
