Edited my HTC lockinfo plugin from the Dusk Evolution theme

Thank you. Gonna release it as soon as sounds, keyboard/pad, and a few other things are reskinned. I am also writing step by step Instructions on how to properly install it, as well as providing .PSD files for everyone so you can edit to your liking.

just change Wallpaper.html or Widget.html to LockBackground.html in your widget theme
