have done this without winterboard on iOS4 ( the image in folders is just one i had to hand as cba to make one last night and i need to get rid of the categories app shadow on springboard and dock..
i cant reupload the pictures LOL you can have a look at lets theme 4.0!!

my minimal OS4 theme I threw together this weekend...


the icons are a mix of iSweet (desktop) and realized (in folders) ... I need a template to make more of the iSweet icons.. I think they look nice and really POP on the screen. the SMS theme is one of the stock OS4 backgrounds I dug out of the device and tweaked the hue/sat/bright/contrast a bit on and used Toasters SMS balloons with.. thinking about making that background the one for my folders also..

My new theme called SHARP, it is a very modern and simplistic theme.





The whole springboard has been customized, from lock screen to home screen. Coming soon will be a costom matching keyboard, matching app themes and much more. Icons done in part by chrfb on Deviant Art (chrfb on deviantART).
