How have people achieved the rearranging of status bar icons? (WiFi, Battery, Clock etc...)

And how can you change the status bar colour?
I've managed to achieve it on the lock screen and homescreen, but not on SMS, Phone etc...

For it to work when he is in an app he needs to make a Default_BG.png and put it in his themes Bundles/com.apple.springboard and it can be either 5x20 or what you said 320X20

LockClock font belongs in: /private/var/mobile/Library/FontSwap/Packages/LockClock Fonts
