Here's mine again - changed the wallpaper and added a few new icons.

Is there a tutorial on how to apply this theme since it's a lot different to others?

I found one tutorial about this particular theme but the 5 icons in each row thing screwed up and icons kept sticking to the corner.

You can put your Balloon_1.png and Balloon_2.png into the /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ChatKit.framework folder

Here is my current theme on 3.0, without using winterboard (it slows my phone, and I hate lag)

It uses top menu (minimal), Glasklart theme, Glasklart weather icon, Glasklart LiveClock and DockFlow Iphone Forever.

Hello, there is a lot of themes here I would like to try but it seems to me that the source or name of them is not listed on a lot of them. Is there another place that list the Cydia http source for each theme and the name of it? Maybe some instructions too as some of these seem to be using other mods to make them look correct?
