Skin locked

Hi:
I have a skin in SummerBoard named Skull that I want to remove via the uninstaller / LibertyX, however the skin is not listed there.
I don't remember installing this skin, but it may have being listed with another name.
When I go with the finder to check it, it has 511 permissions, I could remove it there, but I am concerned that the files will be gone but the name will rename in the SummerBoard skin listed.
What would be the easiest way to remove the whole skin from my iPhone.
