iphone boot up icons plz help

ok I just saw a video with someone with a apple rainbow icon on there boot up screen and I have looked all over the internat to try and find it but can't can some one plz tell me where I can get it so I can use it instead of the pineapple icon when you use pwange also where is there a website or a list of differnt types of iphone boot up screen icons that I can download from thanks
