Submitting comments?

Hey MMi Staff. I came back to MMi after I got a new iDevice jailbroken and ready to go.
I'd like to post comments in certain theme threads but it redirects me to saying that my post needs to be approved by a moderator.

Is this for everyone or does everyone under a certain post count have to undergo this process?
Does my account need any additional verification or do I need to get more post counts?
