Simply put, I think the site is missing a very important board--one for iPhone troubleshooting. The "General iPhone Chat" board is always cluttered with troubleshooting questions because realistically, there's no more appropriate board on the site. I am aware of my place as a lowly member of the site =] but I just really think this would make it easier for people to seek help. (Not everyone who goes in the chat board knows how to help people).
