Hello,

This thread is specifically to give suggestions to MMi staff on how to improve the site.

Well, I shall start off.
1. Re-Organize the categories and delete old threads
2. Put the Installer Source on a seperate server than to the MMi server.
3. Have more categories such as Off-topic Forums, General iPhone, General Gaming, General PC etc.
4. A bright new summery skin would be nice for the summer as well as for the release of the iPhone 3G.
5. You could do this by making different versions of MMi, such as MMi V1, MMi V2 etc.
That's all from me so far
Hope this get stickied and staff do take something from this. No flaming and useless suggestions.

This won't get stickied, instead if you have ideas you would want to PM an admin with them.

To answer some of your points though:

1. The structure is pretty decent imo its by catagory. As for deleting old threads, not gonna happen - they are reference tools. So when a member tells someone to "search" than they can.

3.We have some of those forums you already mentioned but a few more wouldnt hurt, ask an admin

Half of these Suggestion have already been mention, Like i made a thread about removing the *iPhone Jail Breaks for xxx$ of money* And some of them got taken down.. Just PM Cash or PF.

You're in off topic now (chit chat). General iPhone also exists. Gaming and PC has nothing to do with iPhone modding - it'd fall under chit chat.

We may make user selectable skins. Course, we may not. Depends on time, which neither cash nor I have tons of.

Left side of Private Messages page, under Control Panel > Private Messages headings: Edit Folders

To mark all read:
Click Quick Links in the top blue bar, it should be the second option.
To mark just a section (forum) read:
Click Forum Tools under the page numbers and click Mark This Forum Read

I think a suggestions forum needs to be added for these types of topics. It would be nice to a the community involved with new features and such and the best way to achieve this would be through user suggestions.
