1. Launch RockApp.
2. Click "Manage" in the bottom right corner.
3. Scroll down until you find the App you would like to Uninstall
4. Click it!
5. Press "Uninstall"
6. Then, confirm the action by pressing "Confirm"
7. Finally, wait until the App is uninstalled.
Either that, or you can install "Cydelete" via RockApp. Just search for it, install, and you will be able to delete RockApp Applications right off your SpringBoard just as you would with any other Apps!
