Ringtones problem with my iphone

I hope I'm in the right place to ask this question...

I am having a problem to see my Ringtones on my iphone. Here is what I've got so far:

- I have a Ringtone that I was able to sync between my laptop and my iphone.
- The Ringtone is not visible on the list of my iphone, i know it is there but it is not in the Ringtones list.
- iTunes put it in the directory /private/var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/Ringtones
- I rebooted my iphone but I still cannot see it in the list.
- I moved it to /private/var/RingTones (A few days ago I moved the original Ringtones there and created a link from /Library/Ringtones to this one).
- Rebooted and now I can see it...
- I don't want to move every Ringtones manually, anyone has an idea of what is going on???

oups I forgot to say I am using 1.1.4 (jailbreaked with ziphone 2.6b everything else is working correctly).
