its free, windows only ringtone maker for iTunes/iPhone.

Wonderful find! I tried it out and used the iphonebrowser to transfer into /root/library/ringtones and it appeared immediately. tested it out and the ringtone played beautifully. Even after syncing the iphone, it still played. Just remember not to check the sync ringtones box. I didn't try that out.Thanks!
