Deleted Ringtone folder in SSH now I only have 1 ringtone

Last week I synced my ringtones and music in itunes. And after that none of the custom ringtones I had made were on the phone any more. So I went into SSH, and there were two ringtones folders. One had the ringtones I wanted, and the other had the ringtones that were actually on the phone. I deleted the folder with the ringtones that were on the phone. I forgot to copy it first. Now the other ringtone folder is there in SSh, but doesnt show up on my phone. The only ringtone I have now is marimba...and I cant figure out what to do. I tried to sync again, and didnt work. help

please help iphone gods, i cant take marimba anymore
