Ringtones on 1.1.4

Is anyone having problems with ringtones and 1.1.4. i create my own ringtones and they have worked on all sw versions. after upgrade to 1.1.4 the ringtones i created work but if i create a new one and rename to .m4r itunes doesnt play it or put it in ringtones. but it did for the ringtones that already existed. it may have something to do with upgrading itunes to new software too.

My custom ringtones works on 1.1.4. Whatever ringtone you have must be in AAC before you switch the extension to .m4r otherwise iTunes will not recognise it as a ringtone. To covert whatever audio file format to AAC, go to the "Advanced" drop down menu and select "Convert to AAC". After its been converted, change the extension to .m4r and it should work. It does for me.
