Idiot needs help here...stupid message alert tone

So I did ALL the steps to change my message alert - drag and dropped it into WIN SCP - and nothing. Doesn't change anything, not even remove the origianl and giving me silence as some are complaining about in other posts.

I'm new, I'm pretty computer savvy but apparently not enough to figure out why the tone won't go from the win scp to my actual phone...

And yes my ip address in correctly.

I'm using an iphone 3g BTW

OKay UPDATE to above, I took off my theme and it worked BUT my theme only has an unlock and lock sound in it - which is confusing as to why I can't have both a theme and a new text tone!?

So can you now hepp me with that one? Because I love my theme -

You could try place the downloaded sms tone inside ur theme folder or try place it at above ur theme in terms of piority?
