Having trouble converting to .m4r file

When i try to rename the file extension i dont even have the option to do it?? anyone know whats goin on???

what do you want to convert to m4r? you need to download converter.

Open my computer, click on tools, then folder option, then view. Uncheck the option saying "Hide extensions for known file types". Drag and drop your file onto your desktop, highlight the file and hit f2 or right click and rename.
