Ringtones from Cydia not showing up

Every once in awhile a ringtone I download from Cydia does not show up as an option on my phone. Anybody now how I can manually correct that? Its weird.. last night I downloaded 5 ringtones. 4 showed up, 1 did not. They all shows up as installed packages in Cydia

i also experienced the same when i download from my cydia. not only that i also can't find the sms tones i downloaded. i dunno how to fix this problem...
