Where do I find default iPhone sounds?
Curious if anyone knows where I can get the original iPhone default sounds (like SMS alerts, New Mail alerts, etc) in case I ever want to restore an alert back to its default?
Thanks!

I'm having the same problem. I changed my sms received tone to one that I thought was cool but now its freakin annoying. I want to change the default back but NOTHING IS WORKING!! I downloaded the stock sounds from that link but when I put them in the sound file/ibrickr they don't work. It doesn't even make a sound now. Can anyone say how to get the default back working?

Go into:
/System/Library/Audio/UISounds
Delete the file names, and upload the original ones.
Remember, don't forget the original file names!
Just did it, working perfect now

How can you delete the file from within iBrickr. I can see the options to upload a file or create a folder or even download the highlighted file from the phone, but no option to delete a file!
After installing the "customise" app and changing my sms receive tone and trying to change back it now sometimes plays the original, sometimes the "kill Bill" whistle i installed even though i have uninstalled it and sometimes doesnt even make a tone or vibrate!!
HELP!

Thanks for the original files. I couldn't get a replacement alarm.caf to work. Can't seem to find out why, as all my other custom sounds work. So if anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi all,
Can someone please help me???
I am really wanting the iphone sounds/alerts/beeps for my nokia e71. I've downloaded the file above (http://www.modmyi.com/forums/downloa...do=file&id=124) however have spent the last 5 hours trying to convert the files.
I have tried renaming them from .caf to .aiff then converting to .wav and mp3 but keep getting errors informing me that my .aiff files aren't .aiff files. I am using Vista.
I would be so so appreciative if someone out there could convert the files above for me into either .mp3 or .wav files or even let me know what I am doing wrong.
Thanks in advance,
Angel
Hi again,
Yah I finally figured out how to do it!!!!
Thank you all anyway
Cheers,
Angel
