Help please..

Im trying to increase the volume on a ringtone in itunes but when i slide the volume bar to increase the volume it never saves it?? also tried Goldwave saved the file to m4r but it wont play on my phone... what am i doing wrong???

Try Media Convert - free and on line - convert and split sound, ringtones, images, docs -

When you choose the input just set it as m4a. At the bottom there's output settings and you can increase the volume there. I use it all the time and it works pretty well, so I'm assuming it should work for you...
