System Sounds? charging, text etc

Anyone know of where i can get the OEM original system sounds for the iphone, message sounds and sounds like when you plug the charger in?

Are you wanting the ones from the iPhone itself? Do you need to replace them on your phone, or do you just want the sound files? If you've jailbroken (or not) they can be accessed at System > Library > Audio > UISounds. THere are several apps that will load the system files without jailbreaking. If you need the original files if you changed them on your iPhone, I can upload them.

i have tonefxs it worked perfect before i upgraded to 3.0 now i cant change sounds for sms battery charge mail etc is there ant other way

Does anyone have the custom aol "you've got mail" sound and know where to put it? Want to change the mail sound

Create a WinterBoard theme with a folder in it called "UISounds" and place you new sounds in there. They have to be named the same as the original files; ie: sms-received6.caf or new-mail.caf.

Search for "AOL" in Cydia. There's a WinterBoard sound theme of "You've Got Mail."

Right. The new-mail.caf sound file is located in / > System > Library > Audio > UISounds. I uploaded the AOL sound file: AOL new-mail.caf.zip. Use DiskAid to access the UISounds folder: DiskAid - USB Flash Drive for iPhone & iPod Touch. Transfer Files betwen your Computer and your iPhone or iPod Touch.

Thanks scoops, im set now got it installed via ssh. What other cool sounds would u recommend?

Your welcome! I've changed my new mail sound to StrongBad. The only other one I've changed is the SMS sound. sms-received6.caf.zip
