How to load downloaded ringtones from this site

Hi All,

Like many people I'm not very happy with the ringtones or new email/text alert tones for the IPhone. I downloaded a loud ringtone from ths site but cant figure out how to load it onto my phone. Does it have to go into ITunes first, then sync phone to computer, or is there an easier way.

you can download iPhoneRingToneMaker, use google
this program cuts parts out of songs, and then when your happy with your tone, automatically sends it to iTunes so it can by synced with your iPhone.
