Download Phone Zap from Cydia after JBing.
Last tab on bottom of launched app will allow a start and end loop time from ANY music u have in iTunes

Thanks! It works but crashes quite often while trying to use it, it also wont work for a lot of songs. Maybe they're the protected ones I have on there. Oh well.
