Hello all. I was surfing the web to find a m4r converter, I found lots to download, but not much if even only 1 to work over the net.
But just today I finally found 2!!!!
I dn't kno if it's legal to post live links here so i killed it!

These sites allows u to upload your personal mp3 and edit the length volume and format, m4r for me.
It goes with no fee, no subscription , and best of all nothing to download!!! It's just great! There may b others but in my search this is it!! my 3g aint unlocked or jail-broken so this was the best route for me hope this helps someone, After the upload and edit is done u just download the file , and play it, iTunes detects it and adds it to ringtones.

This site has helped me in many ways I only intend to do the same for it!

these have been around for sometime now but i dont like being limited to there very specific services i use wavepad so that i can alter the sounds to my liking its a really good program and is free (till trial runs out)
