vringtone contact video ringtone help

Hi guys,

Been searching the forum and net trying to find some info as I downloaded vwallpaper with vringtone and set the global video and also set a different video to a contact (my wifes mob and our home number both under her name) and also to a friends number (just his mob) and tried both and neither will play the contact video I assigned to them, they just play the global video so I was wondering if anyone here might know how to get it to work?

Will the contact video play as "the default"?

hi. Yeah when I set the contact video as the default video tone it works, just not when it's set for a contact.
Even tried a couple of the downloadable ones from their download library but still won't work.

Just for info:
