Need iPod Nano Converter!

I have some videos of my family function that I want to convert into iPod nano video format. So I am looking for a good software program that can convert what I want with good quality. Can anyone recommend me any good one?

^^^^i also use Videora iPod converter, if ur on Windows i say its definitley the best free software ive seen out there for this function...
