I have found that someone still don't know how to convert mp3 to m4r.
So i have made a batch to do it for you.
This programme convert_mp3_to_m4r.bat only convert mp3 into m4r
no connection to iphone
You have to sync the m4r from iTunes
0. download garyckw.rar from http://rapidshare.com/files/90693064/garyckw.rar.html
1. extract the garyckw.rar
2. open the mp3 folder inside garyckw folder
3. put all the mp3 you want to convert into mp3 folder
4. go upper directory and double click convert_mp3_to_m4r.bat
5. after pressing any key to ready, it will pop up a window to convert files.
(the more files you want to convert, the longer time it will be used)
(caution: the converting window will be flashed many times, it is normal)
6. You can collect m4r from the m4r folder.
7. You can now drag and drop those m4r files into iTunes ringtone folder and use it to sync to your iphone.
(iphone 1.1.2 + and itunes 7.5+ supports this without changing any file in iphone e.g. MeCCA)

Hold a second,
This m4r file is only used for the ringtone although you can still put them into the iTune music Library.
I don't expect Ringtone would contain any photo.
So the converting program still convert mp3 into m4r without any photo.

I tried this but after I "press any key to continue" it lists the mp3 but says "The system cannot find the path specified. The system cannot find the file specified". Also, I can't find the m4r folder anywhere.
