lock/unlock sound
Hi all, im looking for a lock and unlock sound for my iphone 1.1.4
i had it on my old iphone, and cant find this one anywhere.
its the sound of a car with an alarm system, being remotely locked and unlocked. ie. ( beep & beep-beep)
sounds cool, but cant find it anywhere
any idea's would be much appreciated.

that sounds really cool. if you find it, i definitely wanna switch my lock/unlock to that. i tried googling it and got this Customize, a native iPhone application by The Spicy Chicken it says "car alarm lock unlock", but i dunno how to get stuff off of the customizeapp.com site do u know?! cuz i have the older version of customize not 2.0 and im on 1.1.4
do u think u can convert that to .caf by any chance?

i took your car alarm arming chirp that had 2 beeps and saved it as a .aiff (car alarm 2 in the rar), then i took out 1 of the beeps and saved it as another .aiff (car alarm 1 in the rar). but i was wondering if u could convert them to .caf and upload them/post it on here since when i tried last time it didn't work. just curious, but do they both sound like ur old iphone lock/unlock sounds tonyg cuz i really would want wat u had before?

actually here are the caf files now...lock is 1 beep and unlock is 2 right? or is it the other way around? do they sound alright? i put them on my phone nd it works.

/System/Library/Audio/UISounds/
Make sure the files are named lock.caf and unlock.caf

Recorded that with my iPhone audio recorder, transfered to itunes, converted to aif format then rename to caf. Very easy. And you're welcome. Originally Posted by calebdexter
