Just add the meachware.com/list.xml to your repository and you will find talking alerts

Go to the installer source in your browser and scroll down the page until you see the talking alerts ZIP file, you can right click and download that directly to you pc or mac, simply unxip and you will find the .caf files inside, paste them into the UI directory and you are set to go.

These files still work if you install using SSH, unfortunately i am not sure how to make a package for Cydia, otherwise i would have done it myself. But if someone can give me sample Cydia package.. maybe i can learn of. Anyways put the Sound Files in this Dir using SSH,

Make sure you rename your original files or back them up. I usually add .bak ext at the end so i can recognize.

/System/Library/Audio/UISounds/
/System/Library/Audio/UISounds/talkback/

and set your alert ringer to Horn. You are set.
