i have a pc and im looking for a free program to convert files to use for sms tones. i searched and couldnt find anything(very surprising) thanks guys.

quicktime pro =) . change file to .aiff then manually edit the extension to .caf VOILA!

iTunes can convert to .caf. All you do is convert the file using iTunes to a .aiff format... then rename it to a .caf

Yep just use Media - convert; it is a free online use one, it will NOT convert DRM protected files, but it works well and converts into alot of types.....
