There are a few tutorials here that may do it a little differently, but I grab the sound and put it into Garage Band which has an automated menu option for sharing the sound as a ringtone in iTunes. From there, you just get the .m4r file from your files if you want to share outside of your iTunes/iPhone setup.

I'm not sure how you would do this on a PC.

First excuse for my bad English, but I come from
Germany and speak the English language is not perfect.

I am writing here because I am on the search for a specific ringtone
I'm already on my iPhone had.
It is a BoomBoomPow remix of the Black Eyed Peas the
with a poker face Lady Gaga has been mixed.

I think however, no longer in Cydia or do I no longer
source through which I have loaded the ringtone!

I hope you can help me!
