Does anyone know how I can convert some caf files to another format without purchasing Quicktime Pro?

i use the following method to convert caf to mp3, aac, m4a, wav, wma, ogg, aiff and more

Audacity is a great audio app, too. I know there's a Mac version, pretty sure it's on Windows, too. Make sure to get any available free codecs for it, too.
