hey anyone use Xilisoft? I can't get them to show full screen. What are the settings?

i just use aimersoft now it does it all clip crop everything put on full screen setting when you crop

ok but what is the setting to make it full screen? cuz 480x320 is not working for me

first just open what video you want,trim the section out.hit the crop button.where it says zoom select the full screen one.crop out the area with black from wide screen if it is there.click ok on the crop screen.go to settings make it 320*480 in the resolution box click save as make the profile what ever you want mine is iphone master now all you will have to do next time is trim and crop cause you saved those settings.hit start and that is it.there is direction i posted in this tread.read them if you still can't figure it out

I also just noticed I can't download your other vids on my macbook. Says it cannot be opened. Is there a program I need for my mac?
