I edited out some of the background wind (?) noise and converted to m4a (renamed m4r).

Bionic Woman Ringtone Created From Scratch
Here is how I created a high-quality Bionic Woman Ringtone from scratch:
1. Using Adobe Audition, or other suitable audio editing package, create a 44,100 Hz, 16-bit stereo audio file.
2. Generate the following sawtooth tones at a duration of .085 seconds each, one after the other into one clip.
Octave 6 Db: 1108.7305 Hz
Octave 6 F: 1396.9129 Hz
Octave 6 Gb: 1479.9777 Hz
3. Generate .25 second of silence at the end of the clip.
4. Select and copy the entire clip to the clipboard.
5. Paste the clipboard contents onto the end of the existing clip.
6. Generate another .5 second of silence at the end of the clip.
7. Select and copy the entire clip to the clipboard.
8. Paste the clipboard contents onto the end of the existing clip.
9. Generate another 1 second of silence at the end of the clip.
10. Select the entire clip and add a tasteful echo effect to it.
11. Select and copy the entire clip to the clipboard.
12. Paste the clipboard contents onto the end of the existing clip a total of 8 times for a total clip length of 36 seconds.
13. Save as MP3 and dump it into your phone and you now have Jaime Sommers' ringtone in your phone...
NOTE: The attached Zipped MP3 file is only 4 seconds long due to the limitations of this forum, but it still loops and works just as well...
Enjoy!!!
