iTunes errors dismabiguation:
1- Can be anything. You can try to jailbreak with redsn0w mostly.
1011,1013,1015- iTunes has failed to modify the baseband (for example, If you have a higher baseband and downgrading with SHSH saved, or have iPad baseband, or upgrading from an old baseband to an other old baseband- like 05.11.07 to 05.13.04 restore will fail.) Just run latest redsn0w to fix the error. (iPhone 3GS users without iPad baseband should use redsn0w 0.9.8b7b or earlier)
1600- iOS device rejected IPSW. If youre restoring a pwned IPSW, remember to enter Pwned DFU before restore. If not restart your computer and change USB ports.
1601-1604- Try restoring with another computer or remove and reinstall iTunes and use another USB cable.
3002- Restore requires DFU, because you're pobably restoring between major releases.
3194- "Device not eligible of the requested build". iTunes couldn't get SHSH for the requested firmware. Try setting or unsetting hosts on cydia- You can verify if they are set on Apple or Cydia by going to gs.apple.com. If it goes to an Apple.com 404, theyre on Apple and if they go to cydia homepage theyre on Cydia.
9xxxxx- set the time in the exact date and restore.

Can you explain what these mean for us noobs -

I want to upgrade to ios 5 on iphon 4gsm but it fails with error 3194.
again I want to restore to 4.3.5 it shows the same error 3194.
my current ios is 4.3.5 tethered jailbreak . unlock factory.
moreover, my first ios was 4.3.3 and I didn't save its SHSH blobs.
now my questions are:
1- is there anyway I returned to 4.3.3 without SHSH ?
2- how can I upgrade to ios 5?

Hey i got an iphone 4 ios 4.3.5, wanted to downgrade to 4.3.3, and the phone got stuck in recovery loop mode, already tried the latest redsn0w also tinyumbrella and fixrecovery43, while it is doing the jailbreak it got stuck in installing activation bundles. Then with the fixrecovery it installs sth from musclenerd and then all the black and white terminal like writtings DISSAPPER!! really need some help, please!!
