I'm sure you've heard of GelaSkins before. They broke onto the scene what seems like ages ago offering their take on protection for iPods using thin skins with photo quality graphics to add a bit of style to the device in addition to protection. They have kept building since then increasing their offerings of artwork and expanded to include designs for the full line of Apple products along with many other mobile devices.

We received a sample of one of their 15" Macbook Pro (old body style) skins for review. The skin is designed to fit on the top of a 15" Macbook Pro or Powerbook to help protect and add style. According to GelaSkins they " have a special place on our hearts for our laptop skins because they provide the largest 'canvas' for our artists." The skin itself is made using 3M Technology, covers 13.4 x 9.2" and is only 2mm thick. They also have skins for the 15" Unibody Macbook Pro line which are essentially the same except slightly larger at 14 x 9.5". Oddly enough the larger Unibody Macbook Pro skin only seems to be available if you're using their create your own skin service I couldn't find a section on the GelaSkins site for browsing THEIR artwork offered for 15" Unibody Macbook Pros. The are a ton of different options to choose from and if you don't like the artwork you can create your own skin by uploading the image of your choice to their skin creator. Our sample was one of their standard designs called Cable Cranes by Nanami Cowdroy.
