iPhone 4 iOS 6.0.1 Jailbreak Help

What version of redsn0w do I need to jailbreak my iphone4 running 6.0.1? and what version of .ipsw file?

I tried this morning to use redsn0w 9.13dev4 and redsn0w 9.15b3 with these .ipsw files: iPhone3,2_6.0_10A403 and iPhone3,1_6.0.1_10A523.
No combination would work.

you should be able to tether jailbreak it with redsn0w 0.9.15b3

I think, it should be iPhone3,1_6.0_10A403

1. use Redsn0w 09.15b3 and click extras>select IPSW> use this iPhone3,1_6.0_10A403.
2. after that put your device into DFU mode, and then after finish Jailbreaking repeat step 1
3. Just boot tethered after you repeat step 1.
